Spicy Chicken Buffalo Chicken Burger recipe is the fusion of hot buffalo wings and a burger. It is truly the best of both worlds. A moist and flavorful chicken burger with enough kick to make your taste buds stand at attention. It is served on a soft pretzel roll with bleu cheese, it is a fav and you are going to love it too.
I created this burger for Chad, my awesome husband. His love of way too spicy hot sauce and buffalo wings coated in said hot sauce was the inspiration for this burger. Right away I knew that the burger needed to be on a pretzel bun; this recipe linked to is a fabulous definition of what a pretzel bun should taste like. It is firm and pretzely on the outside and soft and pillowy on the inside. What a magical combination!
