Strawberry Shortcake Tiramisu is the ultimate birthday dessert! Every holiday I am delivering outstanding treats. Last year on my father-in-law ("Pop Pop")'s birthday, I delivered a flop dessert. Have you ever tried to deliver a cream pie across town when it's 100 degrees out? Let's just say it was a humbling moment when he opened the door to a dripping cream topping. All I could do was bust out laughing.
