For weeks I have been fighting the desire to embrace Spring.  It has been in the 80's here in Arizona and I keep seeing comfort food everywhere.  Well trust me I have enjoyed my fair share of comfort food!  Now on to the light and bright dishes of spring and early summer!  Woo Hoo.
