The Perfect Dessert Cocktail (actually 8 of them)

I can hardly believe that Thanksgiving is right around the corner.  As usual, I have been asked to bring dessert.  I have a few things in mind, it is so hard to settle on just one dessert.  But, then I had this amazing idea...  Why choose just one.  Granted after eating turkey, stuffing, potatoes, corn, yams, rolls and whatever else I can fit on my platter sized dinner plate; dessert is probably the last thing I need.  However, a cocktail...  or 3 would be very much loved.
