Virgin Piña Colada Ice Pops - Munchkin Pineapple Coconut Pops

Last week when I was buying fruit for the piña colada cocktail my munchkin pointed at the coconut and pineapple and said, "pops mommy"!  Well, I thought, I can do that.  So, after Chad created the fabulous Classic Piña Colada for Ladies Night I decided to follow his lead and create an amazing Virgin Piña Colada Ice Pop.
