A Look Back at the Week of March 26
Unknown
What a beautiful week it has been. I am really enjoying the weather, however we did finally break down and turn the A/C on by Friday.
The gardens are coming along great. Munchkin is so proud of her tomatoes and basil. I am so excited about the basil. I have about 20 basil plants of 3 different varieties growing. That means for a lot of delicious recipes very soon.
This week we enjoyed sharing some great recipes with you and here is what was most popular this week:

What is Your Favorite Easter Candy?
Unknown
Chad and I have been brainstorming (well more Chad than I) about fabulous Easter cocktails. He already made my favorite Easter candy into a magnificent cocktail.
The Peanut Butter Cup Delight Cocktail is Chad's rendition of my FAVORITE Easter candy; Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs. It is soooo good, you really should try it!
This leaves us wondering what other fantastic Easter basket treats he could turn into an amazing cocktail. We are open to suggestions, what is your favorite Easter candy? Whopper eggs? Jelly beans? Cadbury Eggs? Peeps? The chocolate Easter bunny? What would you like to see turned into a cocktail?

Crock Pot Spiced Apple Butter
Unknown
Happy Homemade Wednesday Slow Roasters! Apple butter has been on my list of things to make for so long now. Perhaps fear of the unknown kept me from making it sooner. After I finished this heavenly creation I kind of laughed at myself. It was so easy. Don't wait. Go to the store and buy your favorite apples and make some apple butter.
You house will smell heavenly all day, and you will have 6-8 jars of this delicious Spiced Apple Butter as your reward. Munchkin loved it and so did Chad. It was a huge hit. You are going to love it.

Simple Cheesy Chicken Farfalle with Peas
Unknown
Happy Tuesday everyone and welcome to Simply Delicious. I have this amazing Cheesy Chicken Farfalle with Peas to share with you today.
It is so funny, but I stress more about preparing food for kids than I do adults. I look for something that is delicious and nutritious. A dish that will provide a nice healthy balance. With adults it is much easier. So, when planning for Munchkins play dates, the task is very stressful. You would think I was planning a meal for a foreign dignitary. So, this time I decided to think simple.

The Slow Roasted Italian - A Look Back at the Week of March 19
Unknown
Hello and Happy Saturday Slow Roasters. We had a great week here at The Slow Roasted Italian. We have been trying new recipes and still loving old ones. Gardening has been exciting as we watch these little buds emerge. I am happy to say that it looks like at least 12 of the basil plants are sprouting. The tomato plants are looking good. We have about 10 or 11 tomatoes sprouted, along with some peppers (Italian bell to habenero). Mostly everything else is taking its time.
This week we had 5 amazing recipes and incredibly mouth watering pictures to go with them. So are you curious what everyone has been checking out all week?
